China JiLin SongJiang Carbon Co.,Ltd is a large carbon products enterprise. It lies at the bank of songhua river in JiLin city .The factory is specialized in producing graphite electrode, graphite anode, carbon block and paste product. It has more than thirty years history in producing graphite electrodes. The annual capabilities is 16 thousand metric tons, including 15 thousand metric tons graphite electrode (High Power and Ultra-High Power 12 thousand metric tons), the annual exports is about 10 thousand metric tons.
The main products include graphite electrode ( RP , IP, HP,SHP,UHP ).The products mentioned above are made of imported needle coke ,excellent coke from Daqing and pitch from AnShan,Benxi. The products are not only sold well at home but also exported to United States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and so on.
China JiLin SongJiang Carbon Plant owns advanced technical equipments, patent technical process and abundant technical power. Its main equipments include Counter-flow pot Calcining Furnace, 2500t and 1000t Oil Extruder, Large-scale Ridhammer 34 Furnace, High Pressure Impregating Pot, Acheson Furnace, Numerical Control Machining Combined Machine-tool and Inspection Equipment. Both material system and current be sent to graphite furnace are controlled by computer automatically.
The plant has established quality assurance system now. In addition it obtained ISO9002 CERTIFICATES and PRODUCTS QUATIL CERTIFICATES on Dec.24 1999.It has been able to produce variety graphite electrode with excellent quality and credible performance by now.
